Our Leadership:

Pastor Ron Jutze

Ron Jutze, is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ whose enthusiasm for the both God and His word is contagious. After a radical transformation & salvation experience in 1981 Ron served as an associate pastor for 6 years in Buffalo, New York. In 1988 he moved to Olean, New York to lead a church plant where there he served as Senior Pastor for 14 years. He experienced God’s mighty hand as the congregation grew from 18 to 500. It became the largest non denominational church in a community of only 15,000. His gifted ability to cast vision spearheaded and led the congregation through a successful capital stewardship campaign. This project enabled them to meet the growing needs of their church family, and was accomplished debt free.

Ron’s dedication to excellence and development has allowed him to experience productivity in both the corporate and ministry environment. He spent the last few years in the corporate arena training, coordinating and supervising the sales and marketing divisions of organizations to become revenue producing teams. He has successfully developed sales strategies, goals and incentive programs for these organizations, which upon implementation, resulted in more productivity in a year’s time than had been accomplished in the previous three.

Ron is radically committed to Abundant Life Church and Brownwood, Texas. His biblical conviction, that the building of the local church is the most valuable work in the earth today (Matt 16:18). His practical messages strengthen hope in the heart of believers, motivating them rise up and take their place in the Body of Christ and advance the cause of Christ through their local church.

Elders

ALC has a ministry team of Elders, led by the senior pastor, to serve our congregation for the development of the spiritual life of the church family. This team of elders are Ron Jutze, Jackie Barnett, Dave Fair, Terry McDonald and Tony Hinojosa.

Trustees

ALC has a team of Trustees within our church family, who work with the senior pastor, to serve our congregation by helping to oversee the provision of the physical facilities & resources needed by the church body.  This team of trustees are Ron Jutze, Don Green, Tim Thornhill, Paul Smithson, Terry McDonald and Stephen Petty.

Youth & Children
